Here is a quick list of all the mayor events in the game, and a list of requirements to trigger each event, so it's easier to find for the players.

These are not all the events in the game, there are way more! But these are the ones that serve as a starting point for other.

Fixing the backyard
Requirements: It triggers automatically after 9 in-game days have gone by.	Rewards: Unlocks Latisha. Unlocks the pool area. Unlocks the possibility to bootycall Sophie. Scenes from Sophie and Latisha.
People involved:

The Rave
Requirements: Have finished Fixing the backyard event.	Rewards: Scene from Frida. Unlocks dates with Frida and Ginger. It allows to start other major events.
People involved:

First ritual
	Requirements: Been part of the Paranormal Activities club. Have finished The Rave event. Have seen Brianne and ask Willy about her.	Rewards: Is requiere to unlocked Every action has consequences event. Unlocks Amy, Dalyn and Dylan. Unlocks a Dalyn, Dylan and Darkness scene.
Other people involved: Dalyn Dylan

Dating
Requirements: Have finished The Rave event.	Rewards: Scene with Frida Scene with Ginger Unlocks a possibility to work at the Club. Unlocks a possible Felicia scene. It allows to start other mayor events.

Family comes first
	Requirements: Have finished The Rave event. Have at lease been in one date with Ginger or Frida. Have tried to talk the Ashley at least 3 times.	Rewards: Unlocks Kana. Unlocks dates with Kana and Ashley. Unlocks Kana and Ashley's scenes.
Other people involved:

The Gala
	Requirements: Have finished The Rave event. Have gone running with Jessie at least 5 times. Have put oil on Jessie's back at least one. Have gone in at least in one date with Ginger.	Rewards: It allows to start other major events. Scenes from Chloe, Sophie and Ginger.
Other people involved:

Every action has consequences
	Requirements: Have finished The Rave event. Have finished First ritual event.	Rewards: Unlocks Stella. Unlocks a Stella scene. Unlocks a possible Chloe scene.
