One of Bonner City’s city college most popular cheerleaders also happens to be main character's cousin. They used to spend a lot of time together when they were younger but haven’t seen each other in some years. She informs the MC that their grandmother is out of town and they will be home alone for some time.

Background
Chloe is a happy, modest woman who works and studies hard. She is currently in college where she also participates in the cheerleading team accompanied by her friends Sophie and Latisha.
In addition to studying, she works as a waitress at the city's Club, along with Sophie, whom she must constantly scold, since Sophie spends her time talking to people, instead of working. like she should.
Apparently, Chloe has the bad luck of always being the woman that men are unfaithful to, so Sophie constantly tells her that she should be more approachable and not be so prudish, since they think that's the reason. why men, tired of waiting, seek relief with other girls.
But it's not that she is a saint, it's because she simply hasn't found the right man who makes her feel special, so, let's hope that she finds that man soon.
Schedule
Depending on the current event, the schedule may change, but on normal days, this is her schedule:
- During weekday mornings, she is taking a bath in the Bathroom. At night she is doing homework in her room.
- On Fridays and Saturdays she works at the Club at 9:00 pm and 2:00 pm, so she wakes up late the next day.
- On Saturdays and Sundays she is at 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm, in the pool area training and enjoying the pool with her friends, accordingly.

Activities
Watching TV
If you go to the Livingroom, you can spend time while watching TV which won’t affect your energy so much. You can ask Chloe to watch a movie with you, but, before finishing the Fixing the backyard event, she will say no since she is busy with homework, but, after finishing the event, she will say yes, during this activity you can see under her shirt.
Giving her a massage
After finishing the Fixing the backyard event, you can access the Massage minigame with Sophie or Latisha, but Chloe will say no when you offer her. To be able to give her a massage, you need to first give Sophie or Latisha a total of 5 massages, afterwards, Chloe will agree.
You need to purchase the Speedo or the Suimming Trunks at the Beach Shop, and buy Sun Lotion. However, she will stop you before you can reach the end.
Watching her take a bath
Any weekday, at 7:00 am, you can see Chloe taking a bath since she doesn’t close the door. Here, you will be able to take a picture.
Sneaking into her room
If you go at 2:00 am from Sunday to Thursday, you can see Chloe at her bet, but you won’t be able to approach her since you are afraid of walking her up. But, after finishing the Fixing the backyard event with Latisha, you will be able to approach her and take a picture.

Jealousy runs in the family
After seeing you with different girls and knowing that you spend a weekend hanging out with other girls, his jealousy starts to show, so you need to find out why this is happening.
Panties
For Willy: To start dating Frida or Ginger, you will need a set of panties to bribe Willy, you can go to her room any weeknight at 2:00 am. and grab a set from the drawer.
For you: After buying the Special briefcase from Stella at the Sex Shop, you can go to her room again, any weeknight at 2:00 am. and grab another set from the drawer.

- Chloe was the first character ever created for the game, even before the MC.
- She is, by far, the most popular and requested character in our game.
- Despite being the first character designed and making appearances in various events during the game, her first main event is Jealousy runs in the family which came out almost 4 years after the game's launch.
- Chloe was original intended to be the MC’s sister, but due it is a plot line widely used in other games, and incest is a very controversial topic, it was decided to make her the cousin, a topic with many legal loopholes regarding the incest issue since is still legal in some countries, and it is not a common plot in other video games.
- She was designed with a confident and strong-willed character, although she appears to be very prudish when it comes to sexual topics.
- Although her original design went through several changes, in the end it was left with a slight resemblance to Eva Valdez, a main character from a popular 2000's mexican comic book named Meteorix 5.9 no aprobado1, created and illustrated by Jorge Break, although their personality is completely different.
