Here is a quick list of all the mayor events in the game, and a list of requirements to trigger each event, so it’s easier to find for the players.

These are not all the events in the game, there are way more! But these are the ones that serve as a starting point for other.

Fixing the backyard
Requirements: It triggers automatically after 9 in-game days have gone by.	Rewards: Unlocks Latisha. Unlocks the pool area. Unlocks the possibility to bootycall Sophie. Scenes from Sophie and Latisha.
People involved: Chloe, Sophie, Latisha

The Rave
Requirements: Have finished Fixing the backyard event.	Rewards: Scene from Frida. Unlocks dates with Frida and Ginger. It allows to start other major events.
People involved: Chloe, Sophie, Latisha, Ms. Principal, Felicia, Ashley, Ginger, Frida, Tara, Rati, Lillian, Willy, Violet, Spike, Phill
