Here is a quick list of all the mayor events in the game, and a list of requirements to trigger each event, so it's easier to find for the players.

These are not all the events in the game, there are way more! But these are the ones that serve as a starting point for other. For the full list, go to the end of this page.

Fixing the backyard
Requirements: It triggers automatically after 9 in-game days have gone by.	Rewards: Unlocks Latisha. Unlocks the pool area. Unlocks the possibility to bootycall Sophie. Scenes from Sophie and Latisha.
People involved:

The Rave
Requirements: Have finished Fixing the backyard event.	Rewards: Scene from Frida. Unlocks dates with Frida and Ginger. It allows to start other major events.
People involved:

First ritual
	Requirements: Been part of the Paranormal Activities club. Have finished The Rave event. Have seen Brianne and ask Willy about her.	Rewards: Is requiere to unlocked Every action has consequences event. Unlocks Amy, Dalyn and Dylan. Unlocks a Dalyn, Dylan and Darkness scene.
Other people involved: Dalyn Dylan

Second ritual
	Requirements: Have finished First ritual event.	Rewards: Is requiere to unlocked Monster hunt event. Unlocks a Amy scene.
Other people involved:

Dating
Requirements: Have finished The Rave event.	Rewards: Scene with Frida Scene with Ginger Unlocks a possibility to work at the Club. Unlocks a possible Felicia scene. It allows to start other mayor events.
Other people involved:

Family comes first
	Requirements: Have finished The Rave event. Have at lease been in one date with Ginger or Frida. Have tried to talk the Ashley at least 3 times.	Rewards: Unlocks Kana. Unlocks dates with Kana. Unlocks a Kana scenes.
Other people involved:

Stream your life
	Requirements: Have finished Family comes first event.	Rewards: Unlocks dates with Ashley. Unlocks a Ashley's scene.
Other people involved:

The Gala
	Requirements: Have finished The Rave event. Have gone running with Jessie at least 5 times. Have put oil on Jessie's back at least one. Have gone in at least in one date with Ginger.	Rewards: It allows to start other major events. Scenes from Chloe, Sophie and Ginger.
Other people involved:

Every action has consequences
	Requirements: Have finished The Rave event. Have finished First ritual event.	Rewards: Unlocks Stella. Unlocks a Stella scene. Unlocks a possible Chloe scene.
Other people involved:

Going for a ride
	Requirements: Have finished The Gala event.	Rewards: Unlocks Jessie scene. Is required to unlock Breaking the Internet event.

Buying the special briefcase
	Requirements: Have finished Every action has consequences event. Have finished Breaking the Internet event.	Rewards: Unlocks the possibility to collect... something. Unlocks several scenes from several girls.
Other people involved:

Monster hunt
	Requirements: Have finished Second ritual event.	Rewards: Unlocks a special scene.
Other people involved:

It's a fun weekend!
	Requirements: Have finished Take me home event. Have finished Every action has consequences event.	Rewards: Unlocks a Felicia scene. It allows to start Chloe events in the future.
Other people involved:

Patching Things Up
Requirements: It triggers after breaking up with Frida, and few days have gone by.	Rewards: You will unlock Frida's scene No. 1. You will unlock Chloe's picture No. 5. The possibility of going on dates with two girls at the same time.
