This office is where Ms. Principal normally is during school hours. She just goes out when she has to, otherwise, you can find her here.
When she leaves her office, she closes the door so no one can go in and mess up her things. In the First Ritual or The Gala event is revealed that a spare key is hidden behind her portrait.

If the MC misses’ classes more than 5 times in a roll, Ms. Principal will send you a text early in the morning to ordering him to come to her office, where he will be tough a valuable lesson about not skipping school.
