Fixing the backyard is the first event in the game, and is the starting point for all other events, it begins a few days after arriving in the city.

== Triggering ==
To activate this event, more than 8 days must have passed in the game, and it will activate once the player is in the [[Home#Hallway|Hallway]] of the house.

== Requirements ==
Once [[Chloe]] tells you about her training problem, you will need to purchase the following items:

Once you have them, you will have to go to the back yard and fix it, the next day, tell [[Chloe]] what you did.

== Rewards ==
* This event will unlock Latisha along with [[Latisha#Scenes|Latisha scene No. 1]].
* It will also unlock the [[Home_Pool|pool area]] in the back yard of the house where you can interact with [[Chloe]], [[Sophie]] and [[Latisha]] on the weekends and you can play the mini .
* You will also unlock the ability to [[Minigames#Massage|put oil]] on the backs of [[Chloe]], [[Sophie]] and [[Latisha]] by unlocking scenes of Sophie and Latisha.
